*LightReach's current product suite is centered around the Energy Plan product, which takes the form of a PPA or Lease, but functions ostensibly the same. This means that the value proposition and product details are generally interchangeable. In most New Home markets, the product is a Lease. However, to be compliant with certain state-specific laws and regulatory requirements, the product takes the form of a PPA agreement in some markets.
